The Role

The firm is recruiting an Associate to its Co-Investment & Syndication practice. The role supports origination and execution of direct co-investment opportunities across the firm's principal network, including transaction review, diligence support, structuring analysis, and investor coordination.

Co-investment is a distinct discipline within the firm. The practice originates and syndicates direct opportunities, often alongside lead sponsors, into the firm's network of family offices, principal investors, and institutional allocators. The role offers exposure to a high volume of private-market opportunities across geographies and sectors.

Suited to candidates with prior private equity, credit, or principal investing experience.
